Notes:

All organized group visits must be requested in advance by email to: cpm@pp-medvednica.hr

To qualify for group rates, a minimum of 20 people is required.

Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult during visits to the Medvedgrad Visitor Center.

The right to enter with a pass is extended to disabled Croatian war veterans, persons with disabilities, and persons accompanying persons with disabilities: carers and personal assistants upon presentation of identity card or an official document verifying recognized status.

The right to enter with a pass is extended to tour guides and group leaders upon presentation of an ID card or an official document verifying recognized status, as well as to teachers, educators and teaching assistants accompanying school groups and kindergarten groups. For every block of 10 tickets purchased, one additional ticket is provided free of charge.

Guided tours are available upon request in advance and are subject to limitations in staff, space, or resources. 

A 48-hour cancellation policy is required otherwise the Public Institution reserves the right to charge the full fee for the reserved time.
